We originally brought our daughter to MMO because she had stopped talking
when she learned to walk. she would not even babble to herself. We noticed
that when she was around other kids, she would talk a little more. She also
had a severe problem with separation anxiety. Since working with Amy and
Jean, our daughter has really come out of her shell. She talks a lot, even
combining several words together, learned and actively uses her manners, and
has become very confident. she no longer cries when we drop her off, rather,
she fights us when we pick her up. She really loves MMO and hates to leave.
Another benefit that we hadn't counted on was how much our daughter loves to
be around other children now. She no longer plays alongside them, but plays
with them. We also really appreciate the chapel lessons regarding the
importance of the Cross, praying as well as the hands-on approach to
Christianity. I'm afraid that she doesn't get much out of regular service. I
like that it is put in terms that she can understand, whether holding a
figurine of Jesus or walking the lines of the Cross. We have told our
friends and neighbors about our daughter and everyone remarks on her
development over this past school year. Our daughter has become a very
outgoing and considerate child, thanks to MMO.
